Bedtime

It was SM's turn to pray tonight. He was thankful for brocolli, chocolate, ice cream, and Ethan's party. We are still having trouble at bedtime and after getting up 10 times we just ignore him, which leads to him falling asleep in the middle of the hall.

Oh... we so used to have this problem hard core. The supernanny says to ignore, which can be hard, but it has worked pretty well for us. We only find him in wierd places like the kitchen, foot of our bed, or hallway every once in while now. Our biggest issue for a while was not realizing he was sleeping on the floor somewhere and not stepping on him. Good luck, it should get better. Great picture for showing him when he is older.

At least he is thankful for brocolli!! I think the Lord likes it when we get into details and we could learn a lot from kids prayers! Good job on the ignoring front...at least he slept!

Nice prayer! It's comforting to know that Elizabeth's not the only one having problems going to bed right now. =)

That's it I'm calling cps on all you parents, but especially you W. for taking incriminating photos of letting your child sleep on the floor.

Ahhh the memories... our little girl went through a stage where she got out of bed again and again and again until she finally konked out in the hallway. It happens even the the best of parents :) Thom K. (pointy-point thing with fingers)
